Replacement Conditions
Replacement may be considered if:
- Fruits are damaged during delivery
- Fruits are visibly spoiled on arrival
- The issue is reported on the same day of delivery
- Clear photos or videos are shared on WhatsApp

We may not accept replacement requests after the fruits are cut, consumed, stored improperly, or reported late.
